Our clients come from Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and we speak with them in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Thai or Chinese. We present your villa to people whose budget and plans we already know.
Off-market, if you prefer
Not every owner wants their villa on public portals. With a discreet sale, your villa is shown only to clients we have selected, never on public listing sites.
Care and rental management
While you are away, we look after the villa: regular checks, maintenance, repairs, and the rental if you want it rented. You always know who to contact.

Your Questions
How much do your services cost?
It depends on what you ask us to do: a sale, a long or short-term rental, or management. We explain our fees openly, in writing, before anything starts, and nothing is decided until you agree.
Do I have to give you exclusivity?
No. Exclusivity is an option, not a condition. Some owners prefer one team handling everything, others prefer to keep other options open. We explain honestly what each choice means for your villa.
Who takes care of the photos and the video?
We start with what you already have. If the photos do not show the villa at its best, we tell you, and we organise new photos and a video with you, once our designer has suggested what to adjust first.
How long does it take?
We reply within 24 hours and arrange the first visit at a time that suits you. How long a sale or a rental takes depends on the villa, the price and the season: we give you a realistic idea after the visit, not before.
Can my villa be sold without being advertised?
Yes. With an off-market sale, your villa does not appear on public portals or on our website. We present it only to clients whose budget and plans we know, and only with your agreement.
